Founded within Entrepreneur First, Europe's leading talent accelerator, in November 2020, Syndi has secured funding that enables its core team to be expanded to take the product and impact to the next level.

Syndi is seeking a clinical product expert to be part of the core team to help build and execute on our product vision, identify and manage key stakeholder relationships, work with the product design and technology teams to create a safe and effective experience, and maintain and monitor the quality of Syndi’s services using data analytics.

Life as a Clinical Product Lead at Syndi

You will drive the launch and ongoing management of critical programs. This role is inherently cross-functional – you will work closely with the product, design, and clinical teams to create and implement the product vision.


Our platform aims to navigate users to the digital health services most compatible for their needs and engagement preferences by integrating with our licensing customers' existing websites and apps. Syndi creates feedback loop of real-world usage and impact in digital care pathways so that the following users can be given precision recommendations to digital therapeutics, wellbeing apps and other digital health services - starting in mental health care.

Essential qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a product role in digital health, building and scaling a successful and impactful digital health product.
  • Product management and delivery skills and experience.
  • Strong medical and health care delivery system knowledge.
  • Strong analytics and data-driven approach to prioritisation and roadmap development.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to seamlessly interface between technical and clinical teams.

  • Proven ability to take accountability for the quality and timeliness of work outputs while maintaining high personal and professional standards.

Preferred qualifications

  • Clinician with minimum 2 years post registration (UK).
  • Maintains registration with relevant professional medical body / medical speciality board.
  • Experience with care guidelines beyond regular use in clinical settings.
  • Experience working in a digital mental health company.
