About the job
What is Syndi?
At Syndi, we’re building an innovative new digital health platform to change the way we measure and self-manage invisible disabilities, starting with mental illness.
Our mission is to build the world’s most accessible healthcare monitoring platform that gives people the power to care for themselves.
Our technology is revolutionising how precision data is utilised to personalise the healthcare pathway because no two patients are the same. Founded within Entrepreneur First in 2020, Syndi has recently secured funding that enables its first core team members to be hired.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a well-organised and experienced developer to help maintain and build new features into our current products. Syndi currently has two products: Syndi Assess and Syndi Clinic.
Syndi Assess serves organisations that have an overflow of people who are mentally unwell through a platform that assesses the mental health of their people via a mobile app, tracks their usage of mental health resources and provides anonymous, aggregate insight into this. It has a serverless architecture that consists of a Flutter mobile app, React web app, NodeJS server and DynamoDB database.
Syndi Clinic is a platform for remote patient monitoring during clinical trials, it is licenced to medical companies who need continuous engagement and real-time patient monitoring through a mobile app and admin dashboard. It has a dockerised architecture that consists of a native iOS and Android mobile app, React web app, NodeJS server and CouchDB database.
Reporting directly to our CTO, you will lead the development of the front-end and back-end across our two products in a test-driven and well-documented manner, working closely with our mobile development and product management team.
