Klydo's mission is to enable product teams to solve the problems that matter most to users and, in doing so, build better products. We're achieving this through our AI-powered research tool which helps our users discover insights surfaced from millions of online consumer discussions.

Requirements

  • Experience with B2B SaaS marketing
  • Good level of understanding around data and analytics, plus hands on experience with a CRM and marketing automation platform (ideally Hubspot but any welcome)
  • A growth mindset and a genuine curiosity in what you do
  • Comfortable working within a self-directed startup culture and navigating ambiguity
  • Effective storytelling and written communication to help with the production of content

What the job involves

  • Defining our content strategy and helping in the production of content
  • Running lead generation and nurture campaigns to source, engage and convert prospects
  • Experimenting with different channels and measuring/comparing performance
  • Setting up our CRM and reporting/analytics capability
  • Drawing the above together to create an iterative growth feedback loop that drives the performance of our lead generation
  • Working closely with our Design and Product teams to help capture customer profile and value proposition insights

Additional info about the role

  • As our first marketing hire, we're looking for a t-shaped marketer who can go deep on lead generation + content marketing and also some experience across marketing disciplines from operations to analytics, email to SEO.
  • We believe we're creating a new category of AI-powered tools that will enable companies to help millions of consumers around the world through more innovative products. We're after someone who's excited by the challenge of 'category building' and wants to help ensure we lead it.
  • We have the backing of world-class VC investors, including those behind Shazam, Zoopla and LoveFilm to name just a few. We'll be growing the team fourfold over the next year and so it's an exciting time to join.
  • Our interview process is as follows:
    - Submit your application
    - 30min call with Nick (CEO)
    - 1-2hr Take-home task 
    - 2-3hr Final interview
