About the role:

We are not only trying to revolutionise the design of prosthetics, but we’re also trying to change the way people access them.

This role offers an ambitious candidate the opportunity to build Mitt’s marketing and sales strategy through this next exciting stage of development. This will require an intimate understanding of Mitt’s mission, working across disciplines, using digital marketing, business development, and sales skills to deliver on that mission.

You’ll be responsible for establishing multi-channel marketing plans to achieve our business goals and targets. This will include developing and implementing our marketing and brand strategy, supporting sales efforts, developing and managing the communications to all of our stakeholders; developing relevant partnerships, and organising events.

There will be a lot of freedom with this role, and the opportunity for co-creation with the founders to shape Mitt’s journey as a pivotal member of the team!

Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an overall go-to-market plan
  • Network and build relationships with key stakeholders from across the industry to drive new business
  • Manage a sales pipeline – from lead generation to close, clearly articulating Mitt’s sales proposition
  • Develop marketing function to achieve commercial scale for product launch and driving user adoption
  • Build out digital marketing and customer relationship management system
  • Introduce data flow strategy, analytics, event tracking and reporting
  • Organise opportunities for core team members to meet users, partners and press to promote Mitt’s development
  • Encourage and manage communications between Mitt and our users
  • Record, collate, and respond to user feedback
  • Ensure the community has a transparent knowledge of Mitt’s development
  • Develop and manage the Mitt brand ensuring a compelling, consistent positioning and messaging throughout all communications and collateral; develop the Mitt brand guidelines bible
  • Proactively seek opportunities to grow Mitt’s community engagement and enhance the brand
