What do we expect from you?
We require you to fulfil a minimum attendance requirement of 18 of the 22 learning modules (workshops and 1-2-1s). If you do not complete the minimum attendance, the Academy may review your participation and remove you from the programme.
Who can attend the modules?
Another member of the team can attend the sessions if he/she is an expert on the topic of the stream eg a sales manager can attend a sales workshop.
If the colleague is attending the first 1-2-1 session, he/she will have to attend the follow-up as well
You will be required to provide us with 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend a workshop or a 1-2- 1 session. You are allowed to cancel and reschedule only two sessions (either a 1-2-1 session or workshop).
