Hub Members form an important part of the powerful, thriving and supportive Hub Ecosystem alongside expert Academy Fellows, industry pioneers, like-minded innovators and business leaders. To bring out the best in their career and business ambitions, the Hub cultivates a network of mentors drawn from the Academy Fellows and the UK's leading engineers across industry and academia.
Our mentors have a wealth of entrepreneurial and industry experience, spanning a diverse breadth of sectors and areas of expertise. Hub Mentors are able to build strong relationships with up-and-coming innovators, and typically work one-on-one over the course of six months, or a year, with an entrepreneur on one of our programmes.
Becoming a Hub Mentor is an opportunity to:
- give back to the next generation of entrepreneurs and decision makers
- get exposure to cutting-edge engineering and technology innovation
- support UK innovation and strengthen regional networks
