Caroline holds a PhD in Oncology from Imperial College London. She previously advised leading pharma companies at BCG and founded an e-commerce business during her studies. She later supported biotech spin-outs at Panacea Innovation. Currently, she is a seed-stage biotech investor at Delin Ventures and part-time COO for a Cambridge-based biotech company.
