Paul is the founder and managing partner of Kappika Ventures, a UK-based venture capital firm investing in non-digital deep tech and applied biotech. With over 25 years’ experience in innovation and company building, Paul has raised more than £200m in blended capital and led the growth of multiple science-led ventures across Europe. Before launching Kappika, he was Managing Director at PCS International and Pera Technology, supporting hundreds of start-ups and scaleups. Paul is passionate about founder-first investing and building an enduring platform for UK science commercialisation.
