Tom is an Investment Manager at Northstar Ventures, a Newcastle based early stage investor backing companies from pre-seed to Series A with a strong presence in the North East of England. He focuses on investments across clean technology, advanced manufacturing, cyber security and AI and works closely with university spin outs from the five universities in the North East. Tom is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a Fellow of the Newton Venture Programme. He holds an MSc in Management (Finance) from Durham University and LLB (Hons) in Law from Northumbria University.
