Scaling an engineering business presents unique challenges, including securing investment, expanding operations, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
Shott Scale Up Accelerator was designed to support senior deep tech leaders through this next stage of growth. We select leaders from organisations with big potential, who have already raised at least £1million, or are at this level of turnover.
These leaders, and these organisations, are the ones that will be driving forwards change, addressing some of the world’s most pressing challenges, from revolutionising clean energy and sustainable construction to advancing medical diagnostics and cybersecurity.
Their groundbreaking innovations highlight the strength of the UK’s engineering and technology sector, which is poised for remarkable growth. These are the ones to watch. We are therefore, thrilled to introduce our newest cohort for our flagship scale up accelerator.

Meet the Cohort
